awesome so I just brought everybody Lily on to navigate powerdocs to the contract section we're doing contracts now how to fill them out and everything can you just give everybody an overview of what needs to be done with the contracts on submission you know where to send it to you know things like that if you don't mind guys this is Lily she handles everything that has to do with pricing pricing and contracts okay go ahead hi everyone I like John said my name is Lily I am the operations manager here with navigate power so yeah I can walk you guys through our contract submission process so all of our contracts go to contracts at navigate power com anything that you want to submit over to us that's well that's where you will need to send your contracts over to we do require a breakdown in the body of your email with any submission that you have this breakdown includes I'll kind of wait for for John to catch up here on the screen a little bit yep hold on one second here I can I can actually do a whole nine yards for us right here hold on your completed contract two contracts at navigate power comm and this is the breakdown that will be included in the body of the email so your customer name the representative who closed it in any channel who gets a partner percentage of the contract the supplier the LDC so the utility the commodity and Pacific Gas is in an electric contract the start date for your contract the term so how long your contract is going to be contract price the matrix price your broker fee annual usage deal size and you can include the design date as well and then what this does providing us with this information we can then pass this on to the supplier when we could tell the supplier this is what we're expecting out of this contract this is the customer name this is what we expect our margin to be this is what we expect our annual usage to be so that if there's ever any concerns about you know what the usage that's confirmed for the conduct the usage that is confirmed by the client from the supplier or our margin we have this email from you and this information passes on to the supplier so that we're all on the same page have their contract is submitted you we you know we send you an email letting you know contract has been submitted from booking for booking and then from there you can expect a confirmation from our confirmations team right now because of COBIT 19 you know it is a little harder to go actually in some states right now it's prohibited to go business-to-business door-to-door so what we are doing is that we are offering our adobe assign so electronic signatures what we would need from you is to complete a contract so you know start date the price that you want for your customer and you can give us the your customers email address then we will go ahead and send it over to the customer and it's just a couple of clicks that they have to do on the document and it will send it right back to us it has all of the information that the iron needs to see that this was executed by the customer and that's how they are accepting contracts right now and if you need any help with that of course we're contract these are all closes here I'm gonna show you what we do mostly I use the Dobby sign of company uses DocuSign it's the same thing it's just two different programs what it does though let me show you what it does to make it really cool so nobody can say oh I didn't find it you know or I didn't do this or blah blah blah see an adobe sign virtually tracks everything the customer does so if I sent an adobe signed contract to an email it's got to be sign there it cannot be forwarded okay and the reason why I can't be forwarded it can be delegated but it cannot it cannot be forwarded and that's that's something a lot of people think they can do is send it to the secretary or said I'll send it to myself and and will will sign it you can't do any that guy it's got to be signed by the person that is that is the decision-maker okay on that product so like American Petroleum if I go down check this out it tells me document created by my pricing desk right document email to har Pete Singh right email was buted even tells me when they open the contracts and look at him so like I've had a company that I was messing with this guy for months oh you never send him to me and I could see he's opening them no I never got it and I and I could see so what I did was I said listen you opened it on May 4th he opened it on April 12 you know I went right back and told them and said listen you know either either sign or tell me you're not going to do you're wasting my time and I'm wasting your time you know document a sign signed document email to her Pete so he also gets the side document right which is really cool it's not it's automatic that happens automatic this I sent to Lily and the contracts team so there's proof that they did this and it even it even puts their little little you know insignia in here that they have you know a lot of people have their own signature for a sign so let's talk about let's talk about these contracts and and filling out contracts and getting the contracts designed you know where do we find him everything I download them all for you guys in case someone says hey I'm on the road I don't have access to beginning I don't have you know room in my phone whatever begin to navigate powerdocs can you send me a contract so I have them all okay I have pretty much all the ones we need across the board and I have them updated so you know these contracts guys they're legal documents these are legal documents a customer signs them they are liable not you not I not the company okay the problem is if they mess up on them and they overlap a contract and the suppliers hitting them with etf's and they draw money back of course that's going to take some of our commissions it's called clogging back right it does happen every now and then not all the time but it does happen every now and then you know you just don't want to have it happen to a big account right most of them don't anyways guys to be honest with you I mean I don't see a lot of them and the big ones for sure they know that if they mess a big one up it could get ugly and we've actually had somebody that recently that got over a two or three hundred thousand dollar ETF because they messed around with their numbers and thought they could do better with another company and it's just not working out for them you know so there's a lot of things that we can do to if somebody gets slapped with ETFs or if somebody has another another overlapping contract we Brian will not us Brian will get with them the division leaders the vice presidents of those companies like a free point right now we work with Eliot that free point to help a company extend a contract without any penalties and start our contract after that end time we could do stuff like that it's pretty were signing we were doing a free point um a free point contract with that electric bill we did earlier we're gonna go to back to that okay documents right Ohio I love free points pricing so here is free points contract now watch this these contracts when you download them they don't they don't they have actually boxes depth that will become active like word right so let me just save it I'm going to download it now watch what happens here when you open this these these contracts are pretty amazing there's two ways of doing this all right one is if you do not have access to Adobe pay if you're not going to if you feel like right now you heard Joe talk earlier if you fill this out by hand and you get it sent to them they're not going to accept that that means you went door-to-door with that person no one's going door-to-door in Ohio okay they want it done physically so what I do is I download them right I download it and I can I can convert them into Word I can send them to you in word let me show you what I've done already with this contract all right it's pretty cool I put it into word free point now everything's fillable look at that everything is fillable so I start putting in the company the customer name right John racket an you can do stuff like this here I play with some of this okay company has a DBA right all right let's just say halo halo Inc all right let's say it's one of these things so all the customer has to do on a sign is sign a lot of the companies are going to send you contracts and they're only gonna put the basics and not me I put everything in here delivery identifier right so a lot of different programs will allow you to copy and paste right into your word so you know in case you mess up something right look at that now if you don't like the that for right now service address service address right so make sure that there isn't a separate service address at the bottom like you did on those gas bills right sometimes they yank one in here if it's just one here's the service address right here look at that copy in it isn't it's nice pasting it boom nice and easy estimated start date now this is critical remember that one started in 2021 because that was a forward a forward contract but we were starting it in May right so you could do all five - 2020 and let's pick 48 months Oh five - 2024 right check this out when you clear it good enter it fixes everything up and that is it that is all that's got to be done okay if you look down there's nothing else on this contract and you'll learn these contracts as you go through them some size okay nine hundred and seventy-six thousand broker's fee was seven hundred and forty four point zero zero seven four three mils so you're looking at seven tenths of a penny for three okay with fifty percent up front and that deal done once you get this confirmation it's in the books you know customers only have like three days to cancel and I never really I've gotten one or two to cancel most three days because they found out they made a mistake if for some reason they come back kind of like Worcester Worcester Best Western it was Convention Center - they came back like a week later said I made a mistake it really closes in December of next year not December of this year well we get with this we cancel it and we get with the utility the customer calls utility and then we extend another contract starting in 2021 we can do that kind of stuff okay and that stops the late fee or ETF it's pretty pretty special hold on one second here okay let's get to some other contracts all right let's go through some other ones here any questions so far what do we got here do we send the breakdown bill and sign contracts with gas and electricity dividual yes you do you send every so like you're gonna like I just did a property management group they have owned a whole bunch of these store you store at places they had gas and electric and ATP's market gas and and up here in my first energy market right I had to have a contract for first energy in Dominion AEP and Columbia for different contracts can't put it on one if you put everything on one contract guys not gas and electric just all electric by all the different markets they take the highest price and use that as the raw rate you don't want to do that you have to be smart this is why you got to call me and you got to get me involved okay or your channel manager either one so but that's how that works Josh so a good question actually question on that that's how that goes so let's go to another one let's get to let me find some other contracts here for you I'm just going to stay with the 115,000 gas contracts are so simple I'm going to do one right now for you it's going to make your head spin especially if you're using Santana was most of us use so SCS is Santana energy service there's a Columbia market there's a Dominion market there's the Duke market I'm gonna do Dominion just my territory I mostly it or not anything that we scan and here's customer bills anything scan that has a PDF it's crazy I know like this like this one here you know I know it's all slanted and everything but if I actually hit Adobe sign for some of these um it would actually let me send them in it and then it'll ask me where I would have to sign them and things like that you know it'll adjust to a lot of the factors that are out there so it's pretty neat that we can do that and drop the signature anywhere on that page okay so pretty pretty unique that's just here but if you look I can actually put signatures on other things that are scannable and that's that's so you guys know that so if you freak out and fill something out you can't get to the person before and it like Friday's Fridays are tough because you got to get stuff signed before like 4 o'clock Friday even well 5 o'clock is there an hour behind us at the Mercantile Exchange but we want to get it to the ladies in the office to submit it so we don't have to wait all the way till Monday if it doesn't go through right so but that's um that's pretty cool all that works you I love I love doing that these are contracts these are how the very unique okay you know in Ohio don't ask me why but in Ohio they they put variable product between direct energy business and whatever variable all in its because legally in Ohio you can't say you owners names I even printed in the day I don't want to end a Hafidh mess with anything on that contract except to sign it and let it rock right you want to make it as easy as you can this one direct energy has an initial to be an initial section it's not it's very unique ok where they were that this is pretty much the whole entity here and if you scroll down you can go through all the pages they have to get all of this to make it a legal sizable contract okay but that's pretty much it for that contract that's a direct energy the hardest one to do I think is the baby P hold on yes so ATP's got a little top secret it's got these paragraphs you got to read through them find out what goes where see it's kind of crazy right so I mean it's the same thing it's just a little different right you know 2:44 good dated okay so this energy persons agreement Electric commodity sells which comprises the below terms general terms and conditions here two dated and effective as as what it's dated it use commercially reasonable efforts to begin supplying retail energy to customer under this agreement upon the later of customers available we could do may you could do Oh 505 2020 enrollment date right that that that is their enrollment date is 20 May of 2020 right and then I'll say here the initial term of this Agreement shall continue for 48 months price point zero four nine nine oops and they're just regular account numbers this is all through experienced guys you have to call me if you're not sure if you're calling me and you're in PA or you're in filler in a new jersey or texas and you have this question I'm going to probably put you on the phone with with Lily okay because there's a lot of markets I I'm not I'm not familiar with I'm Ohio guy and I've done a lot of contracts all over but if I'm not familiar I'll put somebody on the phone and that's who I call a lot too so I have all their phone numbers once you get into the flow things will issue that to you Oh business cards if you want business cards to the new to the company you got to close a an account once you close the copy send them to you for free okay company has swag and I saw I think you guys saw that at
