[Music] hi this is Jason with Dave's computer tips with another how-to video for you this one's on how to sign PDF file in Adobe Acrobat Reader now I'm using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC it's a free software you can download online I went on Google searched it found it downloaded it and this adobe reader will actually allow you to sign a document so I'm going to show you how to do that in this video so the first thing we want to do is we want to go to our Adobe Acrobat Reader now I get contracts in my business so they send me a PDF and I need to sign it and they need to sign it so what I have to do is obviously save it to your computer that's an important thing say the PDF to your computer so you can access it once you have it open it in Adobe Acrobat Reader and then once you're in here the next thing we want to do is go to the right hand side and scroll down the side and you're gonna look for a fill and sign click on that and that's going to bring up the top line it's a fill in sign menu bar and you're gonna go over to the sign option right here you're gonna click it and you're gonna add a signature so just do that and now once you're in here it'll be the signature window and we're going to show you how to do the image so if you scan your personal signature to your computer and which I have you're going I'm going to show you how to add that image to the PDF so you can put your signature right there on it so the first thing we're going to do is the way to do that is go to image and then it should open up a search window but if this doesn't open up is if sometimes doesn't happen so you want to go down to select image and that will still open up that window so once that window is open up you're gonna look for your signature you scan to your computer which could be a JPEG a PNG file a tiff file just an image file you want to have or it won't accept it so click on it and hit open and there's my senator or Minnie Mouse's signature who's really checking so if you like it you can save it for future use by this little area right here check the box we'll save that signature so it's always there for you so if you need a sign under the contract it's already there you just select it and it'll have your signature already there but I'm not saving this one since I'm not really Minnie Mouse and do that and if you don't like it you hit clear but we like it so we're gonna apply the applied...
