I used to suffer from wicked migraines. That said, it’s entirely dependent upon who is being captured, and by whom.Those who march under terrorist organizations and that are not part of a uniformed military in service of a nation that signed any of the treaties don’t have the same protections as those who do. They still generally fall in accordance with UN and Geneva conventions, but the conventions treat actual military members in actual militaries very differently.
