But recently I have started looking into how to do it all in an image editor, because when I do things on my computer I use Illustrator all the time, it's so darn simple. Here is how I do it in Illustrator : 1) Create a new document. 2) I draw the basic shape and fill. 3) In the layers panel I add the layers and then the object I want to use. 4) The object I want to work on is my character. 5) You have to create a new background layer for the object as well.
