Frequently asked questions
How do i add an electronic signature to a word document?
When a client enters information (such as a password) into the online form on , the information is encrypted so the client cannot see it. An authorized representative for the client, called a "Doe Representative," must enter the information into the "Signature" field to complete the signature.
How to add an electronic signature in word?
This is very simple. I created a very simple script that can add an electronic signature to any document. In a nutshell, this script can create and save an encrypted file that can be opened with a word processor, such as Word 97 or later. Here are a few examples:
To include my signature I have to type in some characters, I have to type 'I love you'.
I have to type in some characters, I have to type 'I love you'. To save my email, the first line has to be my email id.
It is easy to use it, simply put the text in the text box. You are then presented with an encrypted text file. The script then saves it (with your email address) on your hard disk. When you want to open the encrypted file, you can simply open the file with any word processor or word processing program, and then save the file to your hard drive. Then open the file using any other program.
There are lots of ways you can use my script - you can make copies of any document to have them as backup or to keep them safe on paper, you can add your signature by hand and use a pen and paper, or you can use a digital signature, but I chose that method for the examples.
I hope you enjoy it and let me know how to improve and add more features.
How to edit documents and sign them?
I was able to do this by editing the XML file. However, it only worked if I used Firefox.
What about a more sophisticated solution for Microsoft Office 2007?
This is my attempt:
The solution works in Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows , and it requires the ActiveX component for Microsoft Office to be installed. If the ActiveX component is not present in Windows Vista, you can install it from Microsoft Download Center.
