eSigning in Arizona requires a $25 signature on a certificate of authority. For this reason, you must provide your own certified Arizona Driver License or the name of another driver who is authorized to act on your behalf. Your certificate of authority may also state that the signature will only be valid until your signature is recorded on the certificate.
